The Society of Genealogists in London has a transcript of at least part of the Lydiard Millicent Registers. I have never looked at it. In an old listing they have copies of the registers up to 1840. Their Web site may have a more up-to-date listing. The original parish registers are at the Wilts Record Office in Towbridge. I don't think you can find any Bastardy records as late as 1867 to find the father of searching for the father to William George WOOLFORD, son of Ellen WOOLFORD. Have you checked the birth certificate of the sister ? Who does the 1871 census show in the household of Ellen Woolford ? Peter Lowe
