He was born in 1892 in Seaford, Delaware. His father was Caleb Woolford who was born in Woodbury, New Jersey, around 1861 he had a twin brother Joshua, another brother Malin, sisters Elizabeth, Rachel J., and Harriett. This information was gathered from the 1870 census. If anyone has any additional information, I would really appreciate it.
