I am looking for any information on Dr. Michael Lambkin Woods (often simply M. L. Woods0 (b. 1807 TN d. 1887 Ft. Worth, TX), his 1st wife Sarah May Preston (b. 1811 ? d. 1844 prob. Harrison Co., TX) or their children, esp. James Preston Woods (b. 1844 prob. Harrison Co., TX d. 1899 Ft. Worth, TX). I am uncertain when the family came to Harrison Co., TX, but they seem to have removed to Tarrant Co., TX by 1854.
