My brickwall is Edward WOOD, born Jones County, NC about 1836. His mother appears to have been named Nancy. She was living with him in the 1880 NC Census. His (maybe second) wife was Susan M.(?), the children were John, born abt 1872, Olivia, abt 1874, Charles, abt 1876, Mary, abt 1878. I believe this is the same Edward WOOD that in the 1900 NC Census is shown with children William H, born Dec 1882, Benjamin, born Oct 1884, and Isaiah A, born May 1889.
