Good Evening, I have been trying to find out information on my g-g-g-grandfather for two years. The only problem is, I don't know where to go from here. His name was Nathaniel Wood, born on September 12, 1789. He was married (to Eunice Draper) in Whitehall, New York, in February 1818, and died on October 11, 1852. That's all I have on him. I'm trying to find out who his parents were. The problem is, I don't know where he was born. In the 1850 census he wrote MA, but didn't put a specific town. From what I've been told, any birth before 1841, I have to go to the town clerk where the birth took place. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can go to get more info? HELP! Thanks, Woody
