WILLIAM WOOD came from Orange County NC and settled in Hardin County Tenn, he came with two brothers, Charles and Daniel. They came to Tennessee about 1820. William was married three times, Cynthia Brooks,Rebecca Hatley and Barbara Clanton. Daniel was married to Mary Williams, Charles was married to Mary Ann Barnett and Nancy Williams.
