William WOODS (b. Aug 1817 Washington Co., PA) married Susan (Mary?) BALTZELL (b. Sep 1822 PA) in Knox Co., OH, Dec 1840. Looking for parents and siblings. I seem to have random bits of WOODS information from Washington Co, PA, and Knox Co, OH, but haven't been able to connect any parents or siblings to my William WOODS. Any help would be appreciated.
