I have been reading this list and its queries for a while. I have not seen anyone who is working on the same WOODS family that I am; this does not surprise me. I am looking for information about James WOODS, son of John and Lydia (Rice) WOODS, b. 16 Oct 1694 in Sudbury, MA. D. 10 Apr 1772, Marlboro, MA. He married Dorothy BARNES abt 1725. They had at least one child, Jonathan WOODS, b. 19 Dec 1728, d. 1806. James is the first of the WOODS family that is mentioned in a hand written letter from my ggggreat grandfather, Winslow Woods. Jonathan married, in New Braintree, MA Lydia GOODENOW Jan 1748. He died in New Braintree 1806. I would like to know more about James and his parents, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Judie Delaine
