Looking for information on the following family: James Woods (b 1788 VA), married Rachel Hawkins (b 1797 SC). James may have had brothers John (b 1787), Robert (b 1789) and William (b 1780). James and Rachel show up on the 1850 Laurens County SC Census, page 333, Household 2032. The other brothers are also in the county. James and Rachel had at least four children: Susan (b 1829) Nathan Richmond (b 22 Sept 1831) Elizabeth (b 1833) William James also James William (b 4 Oct 1839), married Elma Jane Freeman.
