Does anyone have a Charles Woods in their line born around 1750? He would have gone to medical school--possibly in Philadelphia, but that is just a guess. He emigrated to St. Croix, Danish West Indies (now US Virgin Islands) around 1781, possibly because he was a loyalist, who knows? He was married to a woman named Sarah. Their children were born in the West Indies as well, where he was a surgeon. Thanks in advance for any clues. Laura in North Carolina
