Seeking information on Eloise and Bertha May Woods, daughters of Berbie (perhaps Robert) B. Woods and Annie Taylor. Eloise, Bertha and their brothers John and Robert were born prior to 1930 in Central NC. We are told that they were placed in an orphanage in the early 1930s. I have checked with the Oxford Children's Home, and they have no records of either girl being there. Appreciate and information or even hints as to what orphanages would have been in the area of Caswell, Orange, Durham counties during the 1930s and 1940s. Renee W.
