These are my only "C" WOODS 1. Carolina WOODS m. William C. CHAMBLEE in Orange County, NC. Marriage bond date is January 08, 1852 with John R. CHAMBLEE as bondsman. 2. Caroline WOODS b. abt 1834 (according to 1860 Orange Co. Census) in NC. Parents were Patsey CARDIN and Harrison WOODS. Siblings include James, William Washington and John H. WOODS. Are Carolina and Caroline the same person? I strongly suspect that they are, but cannot find proof. Patsey and Harrison Woods do have a 9-year old Martha Shambley living with them in 1860, but I know there are other ties to the CHAMBLEE through the CLINTON and VICKERs lies and hesitate to merge the Caroline and Carolina w/o further input. 3. Clarrisa WOODDS m Willie Horner in Orange Co. NC. Bond date is April 7, 1834. Bondsman was Harrison Harris.
