Hello, listers. I am researching the Wood/Woods family of St. Croix Virgin Islands. The earliest data I have is 1781, Thomas Wood married Mary Graisbury (sp?), also, July 21, 1782, was christened _______-daughter of Charles & Elizabeth Woods. Charles & Elizabeth had another child, Edward, christened June 21, 1797. And William Henry Woods, son of Charles and Sarah, born Dece. 9, 1801. I do not know if the same Charles was married to Elizabeth and then Sarah, or if there were two Charleses. Also living on St. Croix was Charles Woods, an American surgeon, no idea where he was from. I do not know if this is the same person as any of the Charleses above. Any help greatly appreciated. Laura A. in NC
