Attempting to identify the parents (or any other information) of the Edward Woods who married Susan Cook in Greene County TN on 25 September 1879. Edward, age 20, and Susan, age 18, are enumerated on page 43 of the 1880 Greene County TN Census. In that enumeration Edward is indicated to be a laborer, born in South Carolina, as were both his parents. Susan is indicated as having been born in NC while both her parents were born in TN.
