Does anyone recognize Absolom Woods married to Ruth Thomas July 12, 1798 in Lincoln, Kentucky? I am looking for the parents of Ruth C. Woods born about 1807 in Kentucky and am hoping to turn up some clues. She is listed in Adam Woods will in 1826 in Howard County Missouri as his granddaughter. Ruth C. Woods married James H. Delaney (my grt grt grt grandfather) 17 Jan 1828 in Howard County, Missouri. Adam's will is the earliest mention I have found of her. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
