Why did they have to make this so confusing for our generation? Well here is what I have. Pricy CARTER OR STILTNER Arthur b. 07Aug1869 d. 25Feb1923 of T.B. On the court house death records it states that Pricy's parents were Jackson M. Stiltner and Martha Woods. If I have done my research correctly(Which I am always still verifying) Nancy STILTNER and Elisha CARTER were Jackson's parents. They were never married. Soooooooo, The Stiltner and Carter names were both used. So my question is......Instead of searching for the Stiltner name for awhile I am going to concentrate on the Carter name and see if anyone can fill in any of my blanks; any info on Pricy or Priscilla Carter? Any suggestions appreciated. 1. Still searching for birth and marriage records for Pricy. 2. And some of her children's births. 3. How does Frances COE fit into the picture for being Pricy's sister or half sister maybe? 4. Martha WOODS, need any info regarding her. (Pricy's mother) 5. Do any WARNER'S fit in this picture any where? Or were they just friend? I have a deed giving land to Lee and Pricy just to take care of them. (Adam and Mary M.
