Good afternoon, I have information which may shed light on Burrel as well as Penelope which you asked questions about in another post. James Burrill Woodmansee apparently had a child out of wedlock by the daughter of his first cousin. That daughter was Penelope Woodmansee and the the child was James Burrill Woodmansee, b. 3/7/1869.
