I had never heard the name until I started doing my Fuller genealogy about 10 years ago. Of course, my Fullers and the Woodmansees connected through Alice Mary Nichols and Chauncey Orson Fuller. I am having the same trouble with names on the Fuller side and also the Matteson. Reuben Nichols of Rhode Island married Freelove Matteson of Rhode Island. I cannot believe how many Freelove Mattesons are in Rhode Island. With the Fullers it is trying to connect Thomas Fuller.
