However, in 1856 he married Mahala Woodall, when he was 50. After that, he had quite a few children. My great-grandfather William S. Sexton was born in 1862, when Charles was 56. Twenty-eight years later, in 1890, my grandfather John W. Sexton was born. Then, almost 28 years later, my dad Roy was born, in December, 1917. Dad is 90 in December, 2007. This means that between his great-grandfather Charles' birth (1806) and my dad at age 90 is a span of 201 years! Pretty good for just four generations of lineage!
