    1. Re: [WOODALL] More corrections for your Woodall website
    2. Hello, Yes, my cousin who took the Y-DNA test has been upgraded to 37 markers. He's # 36335 on the DNA site, Family # 4, sons of John Woodall born 1709/1710. We are definitely members of Family # 4. Our spelling of the name was changed to "Woodell" at some point during the early to mid 1800s. My line matches # 40732 and # 18481 perfectly, all 37 markers, but not the other matches in Family # 4. There are genetic distances with the others. My line descends from a John who was born 1761 in VA but the ancestors of the other 37 marker perfect matches to my line are unknown back that far. One of my matches even has a different surname. Some members have not upgraded their tests to 37 markers, however. No testee can seem to be found for James B. Woodall, and the two persons who descend from Jacob Woodall have not upgraded their tests to 25 or 37 markers. My line "seems" to be from either James B. or Jacob--or it "could" be from William, the "true" son of so-called "DNA John" who was born 1678/1680. Betty Catherwood
