With all the activity on the Woodall list, I thought I'd list some of my Woodall family members that I need help with. These Woodall families lived in the Western South Carolina (Oconee Co.) / Georgia (Rabun Co.) areas. These families maybe connected - it would be wonderful to see that and how they connect to my Smith and Cobb families. Mary Woodall b. 1799 children: Enoch, Pinkney, Bertie, Polly, Leselly, Eli, Latimer and Dice (male) b. abt 1841 Family 7 - John Jackson Woodall b. 5/1838 d. 10/18/1916 m. Sally Jones b. 3/1835 d. 9/1910 both are buried at Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Oconee Co., SC children: Sara Easter, Rachel Jane, Perley (male), Elias Wesley, Jess Vowels b. 12/23/1871 and Jonas - Gail Smith Boyle, Bel Air, Maryland Looking in Rabun County, Georgia and Oconee County, South Carolina Smith, Lee, Shed(d), Gasoway/Gassaway, Justus, Turpin Cobb, Moore, Phillips, Thrift, Brock, Elkin, Woodall
I descend from Calvin, son of Morgan, but can find little on him........he must have left Georgia because I cannot find him on most census. Anyone with info of Calvin ....I would love to chat with you.
