Len, I have the same information on Martha dau. of Dennis. Jonathan son of Dennis is not the Jonathan that I am researching. Of course I have to eliminate every other Jonathan that I come across. I have the church info on the the Wolvertons and that the church started in the Stout's house in 1715. But, I have been looking into the Campbells, as there is a John Campbell listed on this document of MY Jonathan Woolverton. David McDonald sent me this --- Jonathan Wolverton died intestate in 1813 in Shamokin Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. On 14 April 1813 letters of administration were issued to Cassiah Wolverton , William Furman, and Isaac Wolverton. Sureties were JOHN CAMPBELL and Robert Farnsworth. Northumberland County Will Book 2: 222. This is the Jonathan, that I am trying so hard to find out who his parents were. David McDonald did not have an exact date for his birth, said sometime before 1764 probably in NJ. As there were land records in Northampton County PA in 1785 showed Jonathan bought 400 acres of land there. He prb. would have been over twenty one at that time. I thought maybe a Campbell might have married a Wolverton daughter. I know an Abigail Wolverton b. 1755 married a John Farnswouth. Mary mlw@skynet.net
