Washington, MD 20744-5554 JIRMA@AOL.COM (this is exactly the way it's listed on his letterhead...all Capital letters, but I have never heard from him by Email). He descends from Charles to Isaac to John to Mary (who married Isaac Sharp). Another source is Anna V. Smith, P. O. Box 399, Guthrie, OK 73044-0399 whose husband descended from Charles to Joel and on down the line. She is a very nice lady and has a vast amount of information. David A. Macdonald of Bethlehem, PA mentioned to me in a letter dated May 1997 that a book of Wolverton/Woolverton genealogy was being edited for publication at that time. Does anyone have any idea that this book is available? I may be repeating myself (or overlapping something that someone else has said), but will put it down anyway. Would rather repeat than not mention it at all. I know Ginny has a lot of information on the Pettit connection. This has to do with Thomas, son of Charles (1). Information states that Thomas Woolverton was born on 17 May 1717, Woolverton Bible. He married Mary Pettit, daughter of Nathaniel Pettit and Elizabeth Heath. Thomas's sister Dinah had married Andrew Pettit and Thomas's brother Dennis had married Andrew's sister, Elizabeth Pettit, both being children of Nathaniel Pettit and Elizabeth Heath.
