Wolfe list: When tracking down my Wolfe/Woulf relatives in Ontario, I keep finding references to an unrelated family who lived nearby. Does anyone know anything about: Peter Wolfe, born 1774, New Jersey State, married Susannah Wilson, then moved to Toronto Township, Ontario, where their son Andrew (1814-1884) was born. Andrew married Isabella Elliot (born in Ireland), and they had at least 8 children, including Dr. Andrew Cyrus Wolfe, a veterinarian in Durham, Ontario. I'm curious where Peter Wolfe came from before the US; the other Wolfe families in the areas his son Andrew lived were all Irish. (I don't think I can possibly connect these people to my family, but understanding immigration patterns helps!)
