Hi! I have an Urban WOLF that came to America from Havre on a ship called "Ville de Lyon" on July 14, 1842. Urban WOLFE was born on August 16,1804 in Baden, Germany. He married a Mary Ann (maiden name unknown) born Oct 25, 1800 They had Barbara, Mathias, Martin, and Maria as their children. I am a descendant of Mathias Wolfe. As to my knowledge, the Wolfe family may have been lutheran because they had been going to a German evangelical church in southern Indiana. However somewhere along the line they switch to Catholicism. Urban and Mary Ann died in Floyd Knobs , Indiana (southern Indiana). Urban died Jan 5, 1875 and Mary Ann died July 2, 1863. Anyone who may have info on the people that I have mentioned, I would greatly appreciate in hearing from you. If any of you have info on where exactly where in Baden they came from, that would be great to know also. Thank you for your time!! Dan
