Samuel is my 3rd ggfather. I can't find the copies from a book on Preston County that states his father was a brother to Jacob, George, Clarisa and Augustine. Supposedly "Samuels father was killed on the banks of a creek while exploring with a Wetzel." His name unknown. I'll look for the copies this weekend and post the info with the name etc. of the book. If I am not remembering this info correctly, please tell me! His son Augustine abt 1811 d. 1897 m. Sarah Massee William Wolfe b. Dec 1840 d. Mar 11, 1929 m. Mary C. Wolfe b. 1851 George Dewey Wolfe b. Aug 1898 (my gfather) Anyone else share this line? Becky
