My great-great grandparents were Johann Adam WOLF (1787-1857) and Katharina Elisabeth Schaeffer (1794-1858) from Ersrode and Niederaula, Hesse. They came to Washington, Tazewell county, Illinois in 1846. I have extensive information on their 4 sons, Jakob, Johann Jakob, Bernhardt, and Johannes, but they also had a son George Heinrich, b. 18 Sep 1834, and 2 daughters, Barbara Christine, b. 26 Jul 1824, and Magdalena, b. 11 Apr 1837, for whom we have no further information. Would like to know what happened to them. The rest of the family was later in Henry county, Illinois. Neil Wolf
