I don't think we match up as my Harley was born in 1861 and is listed as the son of a Serous Wolf and Lydia Wolf. I find it interesting though that the name Hattie and Wilbur are showing up in both our histories. Perhaps they are related farther along down the path to someon they all named their children after. Below you will find the info on my Wolf clan. Who knows perhaps one day I will find the link to your illinios family. He was unable to identify people close to him and was very confused. He was later diagnosed with illness due to his Diabetes. 3 weeks later while doing deliveries at work dad passed out again from his diabetes or some other ailment that resulted in him passing out at the wheel. After the car hit a guardrail it flipped over and burst into flames on contact with the earth below, dad died on the site of his injuries before help had arrived, parametics believed it was instantanious . I was notified by a police officer who came to my home here in FL. about his passing away. Dad's Obit: ( Errors were found in the original and have been corrected.) Wallace Edward Wolf Served in the U.S Army during Vietnam war. Wallace "Wally" Wolf 55, of 143 Andrews Park Blvd. died in an accident on Friday, July 2, 2004. He was born August 26, 1948 in Ashtabula, Ohio, son of Doris Jones of Ashtabula, Oh and the late Wilbur E. Wolf . He lived in Erie most of his life. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for Keystone Waste and Earlier worked for Waste Management. He was a member of the moose club and the First Presbyterian Church of Harborcreek, where he served as a Deacon, of which he was extremely proud. He enjoyed many things including camping, model building with his grandson as well as watching football (The Browns being his favorite team). He was preceded in death by his wife, Joann Yakoweloff, a brother, Wilbur Wolf, and a sister Shirley Terry. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Todd (Jodie) Forward of Fort Carson, Colorado, Michelle Wolf of Conneaut, OH, and Mrs. Mark (Bekki) Bedow of Kissimmee, Florida. Two Step-daughters, Mrs. Richard (Shannon) Weekley and Mrs. Jim (Leann) Pier both of Erie, Pa. Two Step-sons Robert and Brian Davis both of Erie, PA. Two brothers, Charles Wolf of Ashtabula, OH, James Wolf of Conneaut, OH. Three sisters also survive him Hattie Altman of Conneaut Oh, Betty Cartner or Utah and Carol Bartone of Ashtabula, Ohio and 14 Grandchildren. Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home Inc. 2122 Raspberry St. Wednesday 2-5 and 7-9 and attend the service there Thursday at 10 Am. officiated by the Rev. Anne Horton.
