My ggrandparents, Charles Blewitt Jenkins and Frances Philipps Jenkins lived in Sketty and were active in the Sketty Wesleyan Chapel before 1900. Charles was alive there in 1901 and I understand that both of them are buried in the Sketty Cemetery or Sketty Methodist Cemetery (I have been told that the Sketty Wesleyan Chapel did not have a cemetery). I wonder if someone who may be looking for someone else there might see if they can find the markers a send me the dates. I understand the their son, also Charles Blewitt Jenkins, is buried there as well. Thanks. Bonnie Denham Clayton
Hi, I spotted the name Blewitt connected with Sketty, I may be mistaken but I think there are still people of that name in the sketty area. I think there was a greengrocer on Eversley Road, Sketty some years ago.
