Hello, I have just joined the list. My gg grandfather was Richard Price. he was born about 1815, in Swansea. He married a Margaret ? and they had two sons, William about 1840 and my ggrandfather Philip about 1835. My grandfather was David Price, who first married a Martha Thomas and had a son Philip in 1895. Philip was killed in the great war 1915 Dardanelles. I don't know when Martha died, but David married Laura Preece in Cardiff 1913. I would like to know something about Richard and Margaret. I have them on the 1851 census but although they say they were born in Swansea, I can't find any trace of them on the 1841 census. Just hoping that someone on this list is looking at the same people. any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers, Deri
