Hi The Times seems to have got the name wrong. In two major reports in the 'Cambrian' newspaper in consecutive weeks in May 1881 the name of the accused is clearly MAZEY, including in a headline. This on the authority of one of the volunteer team indexing the 'Cambrian' at Swansea library. Please let me know if a full copy of the lengthy reports is wanted.
