Dear listers Still on the trail of ancestor STEPHEN OWEN born abt 1843 (died 1874) if anyone can find him anywhere(!) I'd be amazed - as I have not been able to trace him. He was a master mariner living in Lower Town, Fishguard in the late 1860's - before then ? who knows. Any help gratefully accepted - as this brick wall seems to be getting harder each day.
