    3. Kate, Glad I was able to help you in the past. :-) I would also recommend, as a way to keep your inbox manageable, to subscribe to the lists in Digest mode. I've always subscribed this way and, although you don't receive the postings until there are enough to be sent in a batch, or 'digest', it definitely keeps the quantity of incoming messages down to an extremely reasonable level.
