As a new member to this list I am trying to trace the parents of my G.grandfather William OWEN who was born in Pembroke in1835. Perhaps someone with access to the 1851 census could tell me if he shows up on that census. He was a shoemaker by trade and was married to Amelia PRATT in Merthyr Tydfil in 1865.
