Are you sure there isn't any other way of interpreting the "Royal Charley" part of the address on the certificate? If the writing is unclear, and you can scan the relevant section of the certificate, I'll be happy to attempt to interpret it if you send it to me (off list) attached to an e-mail. If the certificate is a modern handwritten copy from the local register office, you could ask the registrar if he/she could confirm the address.
