I could use what I've learned about Catherine's siblings to obtain their Marriage Certificates and find out where they lived and what did for a living. John and Catherine GEORGE PHILLIPS followed John's parents, James and Sarah DAVIES PHILLIPS to Pennsylvania where they resumed mining coal in Luzerne County. We are damp in Virginia -- not wet.
