Hello again Megan I have a connection with the Palmer family of Carew, although not descended from them. The Hannah Parcell who married Allen Palmer in 1767 that Bettye mentioned in her reply to you is my ancestor. Allen Palmer of Park, Carew died in 1779 and Hannah then married my ancestor Thomas Reed in 1781. Their daughter Margaret married Allen Hier in 1806 at Carew. Mr Bill Griffiths of Pembroke has told me that the Palmer tree was constructed by a Mr Dawkins Palmour and that Mr Ashley Palmer is a descendant, maybe Bill could put you in touch regarding the Phelps connection. His address is on the DFHS website.
