    3. Hi Pat Thanks very much. Yes I would be interested in the 1841 census for the family. I imagine that George and Elizabeth were probably at Pwllyranian, Llandissilio, along with their 4 sons. I would also like the full household at Plasymeibion in 1851. Elizabeth, wife of George Morgan was a Gibby before marriage so their son John was probably with a relative at Plasymeibion in 1851. For those who may be interested, I will put details from memorial inscriptions at Llandissilio for family member below. My own connection is that George Morgan's sister Sarah Morgan married Griffith Evans of Bletherston. They were my 3 x great grand parents. Thanks, Jonathan Pike Sacred to the memory of James Morgan of Pencnwc second son of George and Elizabeth Morgan of Pwllybarian in this parish died August 1st 1859 aged 34 years, who left a widow and six children to lament his loss, therefore be ye also ready. Also Elizabeth Morgan wife of the above who died May 16th 1892 aged 72 years. In Memory of William the son of James and Elizabeth Morgan, Pencnwc who died Feb 22nd 1852 aged 5 years and 9 months. The following three are on three sides of a square memorial: In loving memory of James Morgan of 61 - 67 Rye Lane, Peckham, London, formerly of Pencnwc East in this Parish who died 21st April 1909 aged 50 years. In loving memory of John Morgan, Pencnwc East, Llandissilio Born Sept 14th 1849 Died May 4th 1912. Also Frances Morgan, Caerhaul, Llandissilio, Sister of the above born Nov 25th 1851, died June 8th 1927. In loving memory of George son of James and Elizabeth Morgan of Pencnwc East in this parish who died 3rd August 1880 Aged 26 years. Also Elizabeth Morgan, Caerhaul, Llandissilio, sister of the above. Born 22nd January 1857. Died 14th February 1932. In memory of John Morgan of Plasymeibion eldest son of George and Elizabeth Morgan of Pwllyranian in this parish who died January 16th 1857 aged 34 years. In memory of George Morgan of Grinowglebe in this parish who died August 9th 1863 aged 72 years. Also Elizabeth his wife who died May 12th 1880 aged 85 years. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Pat Powell" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, February 15, 2004 11:51 PM Subject: Re: [WLS-PEM] Morgan of Crinow Glebe, Llandissilio > Hello Jonathan > > > > I've found James in 1851 - > > Do you want them in 1841 too? > > 1851 census: > Llandissilio enum dist 9a > > Sched 38 Pencnwck > James Morgans Head M 25 Farmer 27 acres Pem Maenclochog > Elizabeth Morgans wife M 30 Pem Clarbeston > William Morgans son 2 Pem Llandissilio > John Morgans son 1 Pem Llandissilio > Phebe Williams serv U 13 house serv Pem Llandycefn > Lydia Thomas visitor U 27 house serv Pem Clarbeston > Frances Thomas visitor 7 wk?
