Hi Gerry, There are indeed some strange Pembrokeshire place names, I have ancestors who have lived at Thimbles End, Addlegutter, and Clay Pits. I have found out that they are on the Castlemartin range, but one that I cannot find reference to anywhere is Peter's Finger. Does anyone know where this is? I can add Stop-and-Call (Goodwick), Little Hare's Head and Big Hare's Head (Wiston parish) and also Tangiers (Prendergast parish) which seems a little out of place in Pembrokeshire.
