Hi Elaine My RICHARDS have strong connections with Orielton Mill and my Grandfather, John Duggan, may well have been born there. (01/04/1853 Monkton according to 1861 census). Later listed as miller & mason. His mother, grandmother and sister were all schoolteachers, possibly or probably locally?
