The names I am looking for are William and Catherine Davies believed to be living on Dolewrygan Farm Llandeilo in 1881. I do not know whether they owned the property or whether they were employed there. It is the only information I have. Catherine had a daughter Ann (c.1866, she lived at Tynewydd, Glandwr in the early part of the 20th century) prior to the marriage. Wm. and Catherine had 4 sons :Ezer Caleb Stephen and John (known as Jack). Catherine was also, I believe, known as 'Cati'. My link is through Caleb, I do not know anything more about his parents or his family - other than what I have collected together in notes over the years - which is now inwardly digested computer wise. The other question I have is - how do I go about finding someone from Hay on Wye? This time it would be not as popular name as Davies : in turn it would be Parmee, but he married into another Davies family - this time from Glamorgan. Otherwise the family names are Williams from Wiltshire, and Caudle from Gloucestershire. So, all in all, a mixed lot = and they all ended up in Wales! Thank you for your time, any help would be much appreciated. A new Lister. Ann2
