Dear Christine I'm guessing you have already seen the Index of Pembrokeshire Marriages 1813 - 1837 available on-line from Carmarthenshire FHS. It includes the marriage of William Crabb (note no "e") and Jane Goodman on the date you have, listing the parish of Pembroke St Mary, which I gather may have covered Pembroke Dock at the time.
