Can any lister assist me in my researches on my wife's 3xggf - John Laugharne by looking up the 1851 census. John married Anne Thomas (b. circa 1815 in Walton) on 6 May 1830 in St Thomas, Haverfordwest. I have two children of theirs listed -Charles b. 1838 and William b.1849. Any help will be much appreciated. Henry Johnston
Hello Henry No luck in Haverfordwest in 1851 - so I had a look in 1841 census. The only children called Charles I found in PEM in 1841 were:- Charles aged 2 in Merlins Bridge and Charles aged 5 in Roch. Although the 1841 census does not show relationships - assuming they were with their parents neither of them were John and Mary. I can give you details of both families if you like. Meanwhile - apart from the marriage - which I can see on the marriage list - can you give the source of the children's details. If from birth certificate - can you give all the details from them.
