I believe the above were my wife's 2xgg grandparents. John was born in 1831 Steynton and Jane GRIFFITHS was born in 1833. According to Free BMD a John DAVIES married in June 1852 probably to Jane as a Jane is shown as John's wife in the 1881 census. Can any lister provide any background to Jane GRIFFITHS please. Possibly something from the 1841 Census. Any help will be appreciated. Henry Johnston
