Mother in law was apparently with them in 1851 (I could not find the family in Monkton in the 1841 and 1871 censuses). 1851 Residence: Cricelton (<-- not sure of this word) Hill, Monkton Joseph Richards Head age 24 occ. Mason, b. Pembs St Twynnels Elizabeth Richards Wife age 24 (<-- not clear) b. Pembs, Castlemartin Elizabeth Duggan Visitor age 44 b. Pembs. St Twynnels (plus two servants - surnames Phillips and Powell) 1861 Residence ? Cottage, Monkton Elizabeth Richards Head Widow age 31 occ. Schoolmistress b. Pembs Castlemartin Jane Richards daugh age 10 b. Pembs Monkton John Richards son age 8 b. Pembs Monkton Joseph Richards sone age 5 b.
