Hi Everyone! I've noticed that there have been some WILLIAMS finds lately and so I thought that I would post mine again. My grandmother was CATHERINE WILLIAMS, born in 1881. On 17 July1905 she married DAVID JONES (a collier) in the Register Office in BRIGEND. At that time her address was listed as 56 High Street PONTYCYMMER. Her father was listed as WILLIAM WILLIAMS (Master Mariner-merchant seaman.) CATHERINE AND DAVID JONES imigrated to SOUTH AFRICA in 1920/21 and eventually lost touch with family in WALES.
