Hi Sue, You were asking about the location of Clynglas(Clunglas) a couple of months ago - I see that David Rees of Clynglase is mentioned in one of the Morgan Richardson documents deposited at the NLW. I find these NLW schedules invaluable for tracing property links: "1090. 1790, June 9 1. Owen John of the parish of Llangoedmore, farmer, and Samuel John late of the parish of Troedyraur now of the parish of Pembryn, farmer (nephews of Thomas Richard late of Rhydybont, parish of Llanybydder, co. Carmarthen, yeoman) and David Rees of Clynglase, parish of Llanfihangel Ystrad, gent.; 2. John Evans of Nantygelly, parish of Dihewid, gent. LEASE OF POSSESSION of a messuage called Tythyn y Gwndwn parish of Kilieayron, and a messuage called Partywcha o Rhydgrech (being a moiety of Rhydgrech) parish of Llanvihangel Ystrad." Hope this helps you Bill G-J
