Has anyone came across a Joseph Strange in their research? Can anyone tell me if the name BOWDEN is a valid Welsh surname? Joseph Bowden was born in Wales and settled in Minersville PA. I wonder if there was a slight change in his surname when he imigrated. I know of Bowen and Bowdren but can't find anything on Bowden.
