Owen James born 1808 in Monnington but moved to Verwick around the 1830s and was a farmer, Cardigan when he married Mary Jenkins (born 1800) in Llechryd. Children so far found: Thomas James b 1834 Verwick occupation Calvinistic Minister (also apparently master of Llandysul School) Fanny James b 1837 - 1917? Verwick m (c1866) Thomas Williams (Fanny becomes a farmer helping on her fathers farm after the death of her husband, and later actually runs the farm after the death of her father) Richard James b 1839 Verwick Occupation Blacksmith m Anne Jenkins Children of Fanny James and Thomas Williams (all born in Verwick) William Williams (1867-1885) , Margaret Williams (1867) and Thomas Williams (1871-1889) Children of Richard James and Anne Jenkins Margaret James (1866 in Verwick), Mary James (1868 in Verwick), David James (1870 in Verwick), Owen James (1871 in Verwick), Helena James (1874 in Verwick), Anne James (1876 in Mount), Frances James (1878 in Mount), Thomas James (1881 in Mount), Edwin James (1883 in Mount - 1961 in Yorkshire) Mary Jenkins born 1800 in Llechryd, father Jenkin Jenkins (taken off IGI) Anne Jenkins born 1842/44 in St Marys Cardigan, Father David Jenkins (taken off marriage certificate), Mother Margaret (nee unknown) (taken off IGI) Bit long winded i'm sorry...
