Ann Rhydyfelin is just on the southern edge of Aberystwyth, just beyond Penparcau, going south. If you go to http://www.streetmap.co.uk/ and search for Rhydyfelin (and select the one in Ceredigion, because there are others!) you can see it on the map. It is very small and gets only one mention on the Aberystwyth page on GENUKI where a non-conformist chapel is referred to: Goshen [CM c1760 at Rhydyfelin]. See http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/CGN/Aberystwyth/ David Canberra but once of Aberystwyth! > Please could sks tell me if there is/was a place named Rhydyfelin in CGN, I > have a marriage certificate which says my great great grand mother was living > there before she got married. > Thanks > Ann > Ontario, Canada. > > > ==== WLS-CARDIGANSHIRE Mailing List ==== > Dyfed FHS > http://www.dyfedfhs.org.uk/ >
